Description
Steel roller shutter is made up of galvanized steel ,it has beautiful color, smooth and horizontal embossed design, and has a layered three-dimensional sense; the door surface is treated with baking paint to make the door panel more durable; a variety of installation methods are available for selection, installation is simple, construction speed is fast, and the construction period is saved. If it was broken ,you can save costs by single curtain replacement.
① Motor: Professional industrial grade rolling door driving system, power supply voltage: 220V/50HZ or 380V/50HZ, motor power: 0.37 to 1.0KW; work temperature: -25 º C - 55 º C; low noise, with inbuilt over-heat protection device;
② Operation device: Standard: stainless burglarproof control box; Optional: remote control,with additional cost of USD50 each door.
③ Slats: 0.8-1.2mm thick galvanized steel; Standard color: original galvanized steel or white; Customized color as RAL Color List with additional cost.
④ Guiding rail: 1.5-2.0mm thick galvanized sheet; Standard color: original galvanized steel or white; Customized color as RAL Color List with additional cost.
⑤ Sealing structure: There is EPDM weather seal rubber at both side guide rails and bottom beam. This improves the air-tightness of the door by 30% and also reduce the noise and friction when the door running up and down.
⑥ Manual chain: stainless chain from motor , for opening the door by hand in case of electricity power failure and other emergency situations.
