How to judge the quality of industrial sliding door?

1. Foam density: Weigh the door panel and reduce the weight of the iron plate to got M,then measure the length, width and height of the door panel with a ruler to calculate the volume V. Find out the density ρ=m/ V, ρ≥40kg/m³ is a high quality door panel.
2. Steel plate thickness: the thickness of the door panel steel plate is usually ≥0.4mm, track ≥2.0mm, hinge ≥2.5mm.
3. Safety device: usually standard with torsion spring anti-breaking device, bottom anti-fall device and bottom safety induction bag.
4. Torsional spring material: check the torsional spring material inspection report, 60Si2Mn material is better.
5. Electric control system: Chinese first-line motor brand "XianFeng".
